The Imaginary Farmer represented the adventure of learning all I could about the place where I live, a small, mostly wooded 19th century farm property in Central New York. The learning adventure turned into a series of experiments in how to profit sustainably from what occurs naturally on the farm.

I started sharing some of what I learned, but as time passed I got older, the pandemic happened, other priorities came to dominate my time, and I stopped working on this website. I have already paid for the hosting service for a while, so I’m leaving it up until that expires, in case anyone finds the few posts here of any interest.
